Linda Roberts has a strong and extensive work experience in the field of human factors. Linda began their career at Bell Labs in 1984 as a Human Factors Manager and later assumed the role of Manager/Director of Human Factors. In 2000, they joined AT&T Labs as the Director of Human Factors, where they held the position until 2007. At AT&T Labs, they also served as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff - Human Factors from 2006 to 2011. In 2013, they joined The Kohl Group as the Director of Business Development.
Linda Roberts obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Toronto. Linda then pursued their higher education at Rutgers University, where they completed both a Master's and Ph.D. degree in Cognitive Psychology.
