Michael Dsouza

Michael Dsouza has worked as the Chief Executive Officer (Group) for The Kothari Wheels, a Maruti Suzuki authorized dealer for passenger, premium, and commercial cars, starting in February 2007. Their role focused on reviving sick units and ensuring profitability and prosperity. MICHAEL then moved on to become the Group Chief Executive Officer for The Kothari Wheels (Authorized Maruti Suzuki Dealership) in November 2011, where they were responsible for providing system and process excellence, operational excellence, and developing and implementing policies.

Michael Dsouza obtained a Master Diploma in Human Resource Management and Human Resource from the Indian Institute of Modern Management, University of Pune, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed a Master in Management Science at the Institute of Management Social Science and Research Pune, University of Pune, from 1999 to 2001, specializing in marketing of products and services, consumer behavior, financial leadership, and operational management. In earlier years, they attended Saint Anthony School Faridabad, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE), an MBA in Marketing, and postgraduate degrees in HRM-HRD and MA in English.
