Shawn Orcutt

Shawn Orcutt, J.D., MBA, is an accomplished attorney and marketing director with extensive experience in consumer and debtor bankruptcy law. Since August 2011, Shawn has served at The Law Offices of John T. Orcutt, focusing on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. In April 2023, Shawn became the owner of Bankruptcy Tigers, dedicated to supporting consumer and debtor law firms. Prior to these roles, Shawn worked as a financial advisor at Waddell & Reed and was a graduate assistant at Texas Tech University. Academically, Shawn holds a Doctor of Law degree from Charlotte School of Law and an MBA in Finance from East Carolina University, alongside a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the same institution.
