Julie Richardson

Julie Richardson is the Director of Human Resources at The Lawson Companies. Julie oversees the daily management of the Human Resources staff and payrolling functions. Julie’s focus includes leadership development, compliance, recruiting and benefit administration.

Julie earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Julie holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute and her SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management.
