Anna Bistoletti has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as Manager of Europe Servicing & Strategic Operations at The Leading Hotels of the World since May 2006. In previous roles within the same organization, Anna held positions as Reservations Manager and Reservations Supervisor, providing support to the Reservations & Service Center and enhancing client revenue through effective management of personalized service requests. Prior to their tenure at The Leading Hotels of the World, Anna worked as a Receptionist at Grand Hotel Royal e Golf Courmayeur and Hotel Planibel La Thuile. Anna holds a Laurea degree in Scienze Turistiche from IULM University, completed in 2004.
