Jean Bessard

Jean G Bessard, MSIS, currently serves in Hotel Technology at The Leading Hotels of the World since April 2022. Previously, Jean held the position of IT Director and Data Protection Officer at Acqualina Resort and Spa on the Beach from January 2017 to December 2021, and served as Assistant Manager IT and Systems Administrator at The Setai, Miami Beach from January 2013 to January 2017. Jean's technical expertise includes network management and security, as well as server administration, complemented by a background as a Computer Technician. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida International University (2020), a Bachelor of Science in Information System Technology with a focus on Networking from Miami Dade College (2016), and a Cisco Certified Network Associate credential in Network and System Administration from Entec Miami Dade College (2015).
