Karen Poot

Karen Poot is a Project Leader at The Lean Marketing since August 2023, previously serving as a consultant for BBVA en México and Indra from October 2021 to September 2023. At Indra, Karen Poot specialized in creating learning experiences through the design of educational curricula across various formats, including e-learning and face-to-face training. Prior to this, Karen Poot worked as an Instructional Designer at UADY, where responsibilities included developing courses and digital resources for continuous education. Additionally, a significant role was held as the Leader of the Educational Innovation Business Unit at Reinventa Tu Negocio from November 2019 to February 2021. Karen Poot's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Education from Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, completed in 2021.
