Jeff A. Mundt

Jeff A. Mundt is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer at MyFOREST Foods, driving innovation through product and food research while collaborating with engineering and operations teams to develop next-generation production systems. With extensive experience in research and development, Jeff previously served as Vice President at MyFOREST Foods, facilitating the production of the world's first mycelium-based bacon.
