Joe Polcari

Joe Polcari has extensive engineering experience, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at The Lee Company since April 2014, following a previous role as Project Engineer. Prior experience includes two years at Sensata Technologies as a Process Design Engineer, focusing on developing high-volume manufacturing processes and collaborating with international teams. Earlier, Joe operated as Manufacturing Manager at Moveras, LLC, where oversight of day-to-day operations included process improvement and production scheduling, and as Lead Manufacturing Technician, leading manufacturing lines to meet production goals. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Villanova University.
