Avianne Kharawala

Avianne Kharawala is currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at The Legal Aid Society since November 2023. With a diverse background in communications and media, Avianne has held significant roles such as Co-Owner, Lead Photo Editor, and Shoot Assistant at Sweet Mango Studios since 2018, and previously led internal communications at Wonder from October 2020 to December 2022. Experience includes positions at Walmart Global Tech as Internal Communications & Programming Lead and at ABC News as a News Reporter. Avianne contributed as a Writer for BuzzFeed and reported for Avianne's Campus Media, while also managing studio and film operations at New York University, where a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and English and American Literature was earned, complemented by a minor in Computer Science. A Certificate in Visual Design was obtained from General Assembly.
