Ayesha Haider Marra

Ayesha Haider Marra has had extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in fundraising and donor relations. Ayesha has held various leadership roles in organizations such as The Legal Aid Society, where they currently serve as the Director of Major Giving & Corporate Partnerships. Prior to that, they were the Director and Head of Donor Relations at the International Rescue Committee.

Ayesha has also worked as a Managing Principal Consultant at Sustainable Philanthropy, LLC, where they provided strategic guidance to clients in philanthropy. Ayesha has demonstrated their expertise in development as the Director of Development at The New York Center for Children, where they oversaw fund growth and board development efforts.

In addition, Ayesha has experience in major gift fundraising as the Interim Director of Major Gifts for The Shed (NY), a performing arts center.
