Cinthia Garcia is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Finance Manager at the LEGO Group since June 2012, Cinthia has expertise in recording and reporting for entities in the US, Canada, and Brazil. Previous roles include Senior Accountant, focusing on monthly end closes and reconciliations for brand retail companies in the USA and Canada, as well as Senior Assistant for Mexican companies. Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Cinthia worked at Deloitte México from January 2008 to June 2012 as an Auditor, where responsibilities included the implementation and development of internal control testing and substantive procedures. Cinthia holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
