Thomas Løfgren

Thomas Løfgren is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Design and Senior Manager for Digital Product Design at the LEGO Group, focusing on products for Adult Fans of LEGO (AFOLs) and Families since January 2022. Prior to this, Løfgren owned and consulted for Lovegreen, fostering user engagement from 2017 to 2022, and held roles such as Game Design Lead at JABii Group and Creative Director at Cape Copenhagen. Løfgren's extensive background in game development includes significant contributions as Game Director at IO Interactive on the HITMAN project and various other roles in the gaming sector. Early career milestones include leadership positions at the Danish Broadcasting Corporation, where Løfgren managed a team for online community and games and developed award-winning concepts. Løfgren's educational background includes studies at MouseDriver Multimedia School and Amtsgymnasiet i Roskilde.
