Andy Lancaster currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer and Consultant at Reimagine People Development, a role commenced in March 2024, where the focus is on enhancing organizational performance through strategic people development solutions. With over 30 years of experience in people and organizational development, Andy has previously held significant positions including Head of Learning at CIPD and has been involved in various voluntary roles, such as Honorary Professor at Waverley Abbey College and Chair of the Board at The Leprosy Mission England and Wales. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Philosophy from Brunel University, specializing in instructional materials design, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Design and Education from the same institution.
