Ryan O'Quinn

Ryan O'Quinn is an experienced nonprofit professional currently serving as the National Business Development & Advancement Director at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada since October 2018. In this role, Ryan co-develops national corporate strategies and establishes major gifts programming to enhance fundraising efforts for the blood cancer community. Previously, Ryan held various roles at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, including Regional Director for BC/Yukon, where responsibilities included recruiting volunteers, overseeing contributions, and communicating key messages about LLSC. Prior experience includes serving as Community Giving Manager and Membership and Development Coordinator at Ecology Action Centre, focusing on major gifts, membership growth, and strategic planning. Ryan began a career in fundraising as a Fundraising Manager at Public Outreach Fundraising, leading a team of canvassers for various organizations. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with Honors in International Development Studies from Dalhousie University.
