Kathy Luette

Kathy Luette, MSML, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in talent development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kathy held several key positions at the American Cancer Society from 2004 to 2021, including Sr. Director of Talent Development, Sr. Director of Relay For Life, Director of Learning Design & Delivery, National Training Director, and Training Manager. Kathy Luette holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Public Relations from McMurry University.
