Jayson Perfect has held various high-level positions in the hospitality industry, primarily focusing on managing pubs and inns in the UK. With experience in overseeing multiple business units and generating profit through strategic planning, Jayson has also been involved in community events and fundraising initiatives. Currently, Jayson serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Group Managing Director at The Liberation Group, Managing Director at Butcombe Brewery, and has previous experience in leadership roles at Palmers Brewery and Fullers, Smith & Turner. Jayson is also continuously enhancing their skills through ongoing education programs such as Finance for Non-Finance Executives at the London Business School.
