Matt Tomkewicz

Matt Tomkewicz is an experienced hospitality professional, currently serving as the Director of Front Office at The Liberty, a Luxury Collection Hotel, which was recognized as #19 Best Hotel in the World and #1 in the Boston Market by Conde Nast in 2023. As Managing Partner at International Concierge Associates since August 2019, Matt has established strong relationships with over 50 dining and entertainment vendors in Boston. Previous roles include W Insider at W Hotels, where notable achievements included significant improvements in guest feedback metrics and recognition as Manager of the Quarter. Matt also contributed to the reopening of The Westin Copley Place Boston as Front Desk Supervisor after the COVID-19 closure and created a new role at Westin Boston Waterfront to enhance guest engagement. Matt holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from Saint Michael's College.
