Kathleen Harrison

Kathleen Harrison is a seasoned Employee Benefits Specialist at The Life Church since October 2022, with extensive experience in human resources and total rewards. Previously, at Fred's Inc. from November 2016 to June 2020, Kathleen held the roles of VP Human Resources and Vice President of Total Rewards. Spanning a significant tenure from 1997 to 2016 at Medtronic, Kathleen served in various capacities including Total Rewards Director, where the focus was on administering compensation programs for a large workforce, and managing initiatives to enhance employee engagement. Earlier roles included Sr Compensation & Benefits Manager, Compensation & Benefits Manager, and Principal Compensation & Benefits Analyst, all emphasizing the orchestration of total rewards programs. Kathleen's career commenced at Bethel College & Seminary as a Human Resources Representative. Academically, Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management/Human Resources from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Crown College.
