Joel Christoe

Joel Christoe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management, editorial roles, and community leadership. Since March 2020, Joel serves as Co-Founder and Steward at People of the Confluence, while also contributing as a Tribal Council Member for the Snohomish Tribe of Indians since February 2019. Joel's background includes roles in quality assurance at The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. and editorial leadership at The Snohomish Sound. Additionally, Joel is a board member at Sduhubs Cultural and Family Services. Previous positions include Quality Manager at Lightel Tech and Perine Danforth LLC, and Aftermarket Services Manager at Zetec, Inc. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Hawaii Pacific University and has trained at the U.S. Navy Electronics Schools Command.
