Pat O'Hara

Pat O'Hara has extensive experience in operations management within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. since April 2005, Pat oversees approximately 350 employees involved in the manufacture and assembly of components for aircraft, military, and government supplies. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Operations at the same company, Pat managed a workforce of 260, driving significant operational growth. Pat's career includes roles such as Operations Manager at Skills Inc., where diversification efforts successfully balanced clients between Boeing and non-Boeing contracts, and Manufacturing Manager positions at QPM Aerospace and University Swaging Corporation. Educational background includes studies at Shoreline Community College, Evergreen Industries, and Sno-Isle Skill Center.
