Desiree Khatchadourian has held a variety of positions in the past 18 years. Desiree began their career in 2002 as an Assistant Manager at Follett Higher Education Group. Desiree was then promoted to Store Manager D, Store Manager C, and Store Manager B+, where they managed a $2.2 million business and led a staff of 12 associates. In 2009, they joined Apple Inc. as a Specialist, where they acted as Market Support for Market Leader and coached and mentored teams at four Apple stores. Desiree was then promoted to Genius Admin, where they assisted Lead Genius and 80+ internal customers with parts inventory and ensured repairs were completed. In 2015, they joined The Linde Group, Inc. as a Desktop Support Consultant, where they improved the new hire onboarding process and researched new technologies. Desiree was then promoted to Team Manager and then to Senior Manager - Service Desk, where they developed rapport and maintained positive client relationships at all levels with new and existing clients. Desiree also developed and implemented policies, procedures, and process improvement initiatives to drive greater team effectiveness and efficiency.
Desiree Khatchadourian began their educational journey in 1997, when they attended Chaffey College and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in General Studies. Desiree then transferred to California State University-San Bernardino, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology in 2001. Additionally, they hold an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification from Apple.
