Luis Vivero Peña has a diverse education history. From 1992 to 1998, they attended Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In 2010, they earned the ITIL Foundation v3 Certification from IT-Institute, specializing in ITIL.
