Keno Mario-Ghae (We are hiring)

Head of Special Projects, Powertrain, Software and Tamiya at The Little Car Company

Keno Mario-Ghae has extensive experience in the automotive and engineering industries. From 2013-2019, they served as an Ambassador for the World Solar Challenge, an Advisor for Solar Engineering Projects for the Cambridge Development Initiative, an Advisor/Advisory Board Member/Mentor for Solar Car Teams at Cambridge, Adelaide, RVCE, and Ardingly, and an Editor and Contributor for SolarRacing.Org.

In 2015, they took on the role of Project Engineer at Imagination Technologies and in 2016, they joined the Board of Governors at The Reddings Primary and Nursery School with a particular interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths.

In 2017, they became a Project Engineer at MIPS and in 2018, they were a Project Manager at Pure International Limited.

In 2019, Keno Mario-Ghae joined The Little Car Company as Head of Special Projects, Powertrain, Software and Tamiya, leading the special projects and R&D teams. Keno was also responsible for Project Managing the Tamiya Wild One Max, the world's first road legal electric kit car/buggy. Keno then became the Head of Special Projects, Powertrain and Software, and then Head of Special Projects, responsible for hiring talented electrical/electronic engineers, project managers and mechanical engineers.

Additionally, they were a Flight Examiner and Flight Instructor - Instrument & Night Instructor at MAK Aviation Flight School, helping people to chase their dreams and get their wings.

Keno Mario-Ghae has a well-rounded educational background. Keno has completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Manufacturing and Management at the University of Cambridge, a HBX CORe in Business Administration and Management, General at Harvard Business School, a Master of Arts - MA in Engineering at the University of Cambridge, a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Engineering at the University of Cambridge, a Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning Certificate of Attendance at the Cambridge Judge Business School, and A-Levels in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and French at Ryde School.
