Simon Laughlin

Simon Laughlin has been in the automotive industry for over 16 years. Simon began their career in 2004 as a Design and Development Engineer for TVR Manufacturing Ltd. In 2006, they moved to Summit Preparation as a Race Mechanic. In 2007, they became the General Manager of Juno Racing Cars. From 2014 to 2020, they held various positions at Ginetta Cars, including General Manager, Head of Inventory, and Production Manager. Most recently, they have been the Production Director at The Little Car Company since 2020.

Simon Laughlin completed their GCSEs at Crestwood Community School from 1993 to 1998. Simon then attended Barton Peveril Sixth Form College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained their A Levels. Finally, they attended the University of Central Lancashire from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Motorsport Engineering.
