Jennifer Lee (Gai)

Jennifer (Gai) Lee is a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist with extensive experience in performance metrics for security technology operations, currently contracted to Diplomatic Security at the Department of State since May 2017. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a Quality Assurance Manager at Miracle Systems and Kaseman, LLC, where responsibilities included supervising teams and monitoring substantial contract expenditures while ensuring the quality and timeliness of security system installations at over 270 embassies and consulates. Jennifer began a career in information analysis at EDS and was previously a Gene Therapy Patent Examiner at the USPTO. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in General Biological Science with an emphasis on Genetics from the University of Maryland.
