Nia Umoja-Khalid, PMP, and CSM is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Be Well Luv Co. since June 2021, Nia also serves as the Executive Director of YOUNG GENERATION MOVEMENT INC since August 2023 and holds a Senior Technical Specialist role at Loch Harbour Group. With a background in co-founding WASTE DEFI INC., a nonprofit focused on waste management and environmental awareness, Nia has contributed to multiple organizations including Carnegie Utility Support as a Data Analytics Manager, and PotomacWave as a Senior Consultant. Nia's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Finance concentration from Virginia State University.
