Elisabeth West

Elisabeth West has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on driving HR functions within various companies. Elisabeth worked at Lockwood as the SVP of People, where they were responsible for managing HR, training, and recruiting. Elisabeth also held the role of Senior Vice President Human Resources at Lockwood prior to that. Elisabeth served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lockwood from 2018 to 2021 and as the HR Director from 2017 to 2018. Before joining Lockwood, Elisabeth worked at Source, a CxM agency, as the Director of Culture & Talent for five years. During their time there, they oversaw all aspects of the employee experience and served as a trusted advisor to employees and a business partner to the leadership team. Prior to Source, Elisabeth was at D.L. Ryan Companies, where they held the positions of Director and Manager of Human Resources from 2011 to 2012 and from 2008 to 2011, respectively.
