Alison Fischer

Alison Fischer possesses a diverse background in hospitality and equestrian management. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at The Lodge and Spa at Three Forks Ranch since May 2023, Alison previously worked as a Wrangler at The Resort at Paws Up, where responsibilities included guest interactions and horse care. In a prior role as Horseback Guide Manager at Alaska Excursions, Alison trained staff and managed a herd of 30 horses. Additional experience includes serving as a Server at Yellowstone Club and working as a Floor Supervisor at Shadow Wood Country Club, where Alison excelled in scheduling and staff management for large dining service operations.
