Kimberly Matthew

Kimberly Matthew is a seasoned Mind Body Instructor at The Lodge at Woodloch since April 2014 and has served as a Wellness Yoga Teacher for the Pocono Mountain School District since September 2001. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Activities Director at Skytop Lodge from 1987 to 2013, where responsibilities included planning and implementing recreational activities to enhance guest experiences. Education includes qualifications as a Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator, Water Personal Trainer, and RYT-200 Yoga Alliance certified instructor, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
