Courtney Botbyl

Courtney Botbyl has extensive experience in operations management within the food service industry, currently serving as Senior Operations Supervisor at The Looma Project since November 2020. Prior roles include Senior Associate and Market Manager at the same organization. At Bon Appétit Management Company, Courtney held several positions from General Manager to Cafe Manager and Nutrition & Front of House Manager between July 2014 and September 2020. Earlier experience includes Retail and Catering Manager at Morrison Healthcare from October 2012 to July 2014. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Appalachian State University, earned in 2012.
