Executive Head Chef at The Lowry

Oliver Thomas has extensive work experience as an Executive Head Chef at The Lowry from 2011 to present, leading and managing the food production in various outlets and overseeing menu planning. oliver is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of chefs and kitchen porters. Prior to their time at The Lowry, Oliver Thomas worked as an Executive Head Chef at The Lowry Hotel from 2001 to 2011.
