David Kerns

David Kerns' work experience includes serving as the CEO of The LTM Group since December 2022. The LTM Group is a conglomerate of home health, personal care, hospice, and rehab companies with over 600 employees across Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. In this role, David partners with major healthcare systems and payers to provide 5-star quality care in the home. Before joining The LTM Group, David worked as the Vice President of Operations at the same company from October 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President of Rehab At Home, a locally owned home health agency, from October 2015 to October 2019. Rehab At Home is known for its innovative therapy and nursing services and has received the prestigious 5-star rating from Medicare.

David Kerns obtained a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in 2007. David also has additional certifications, including Clinical Care Specialist - Home Health (CCS - HH) from WellSky in 2023, Dry Needling Certified Practitioner in 2015, Graston Technique in 2015, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S) in 2007, and completed Primal Reflex Release Technique (PRRT) training in 2007.
