Kris Paulson

Kris Paulson is a seasoned professional in product development and licensing, currently serving as Sr. Director at The Lumistella Company since 2023, overseeing design, branding, packaging, and licensing for The Elf on the Shelf brand. Prior to this role, Kris spent 15 years at Hasbro, advancing through various positions from Senior Designer to Director of Design & Development, where responsibilities included managing a $300MM annual product portfolio and leading cross-functional teams in innovative product design that combined digital and physical experiences. Early career experience includes invention development at Big Monster Toys. Kris holds an MBA from Northeastern University, a BFA in Toy Design from Otis College of Art and Design, and a BA in Economics from Connecticut College.
