Jeannine Zapata

Jeannine leads the development, implementation and tracking of Lynd Living’s training program to enhance employee skills and their development paths. Through the development and iteration of instructional practices that align training programs to company initiatives and strategies, Jeannine cultivates all Lynd employees. With over 20 years of property management experience in roles as a Leasing Agent, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and Community Director, she is an invaluable resource at every management level. Her position requires works with Partners, Regional Managers, Vice Presidents, clients, brokers, and on-site teams to schedule and facilitate the full training process.
