John Deterding

John Deterding is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Maclean Health since July 2018, Deterding previously contributed as a board member for Justice At Last, Inc. from September 2018 to September 2021. In 2019, Deterding gained experience as a Summer Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. An earlier career included serving as an Account Engineer at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, and as a Military Officer in the US Navy from July 2003 to June 2013. Deterding holds a Bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Doctor of Law (JD) with Highest Honors from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
