Connor Driscoll

Connor Driscoll is a Firmware Engineer currently at Magstim since May 2023, specializing in writing Verilog (HDL) for EEG data collection from high-channel-count ADCs. Prior experience includes working as a Firmware Engineer at Prevayl from March 2020 to May 2023, where Connor focused on developing DSP algorithms in C for wearable devices, optimizing for low power usage. At Codethink, from October 2017 to March 2020, Connor engaged in diverse tasks including electronics design and microcontroller programming. Earlier, Connor served as a Simulation Engineer/Physicist at Scientific Analysis Instruments Ltd from September 2014 to September 2017, creating optical simulations of ion motions with the SIMION software. Connor holds a Master’s degree in Physics with Theoretical Physics from The University of Manchester, completed between 2010 and 2014.
