Mike Casella

Mike Casella is an experienced Consultant Validation Engineer with a strong focus on medical device validation. Currently working at The Magstim Company Ltd since April 2016, Mike provides expert validation services to high-tech startups seeking regulatory approval for their products. As the owner of Casella Solutions Ltd since June 2003, Mike has also served as a consultant for various companies, including Cellnovo Ltd, where Mike contributed to the Insulin Pump project, and Gyrus Medical Ltd, delivering independent validation services. Mike’s earlier career includes roles as a Senior Analyst Programmer at Convergys EMEA and a Technical Consultant at Admiral Computing, alongside a foundational experience as a Software Engineer involved in European educational projects. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence with Engineering Applications from Cardiff University, obtained between 1994 and 1995.
