Chad Clark has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, working in various roles and positions. Chad started their career at Feenie's Restaurant in 2003, where they quickly progressed from a host to the Restaurant Manager. Chad then moved to Tom Aikens Group as a Restaurant Manager, assisting in the opening of a high-profile restaurant in London. In 2007, Chad became the General Manager of Koko Restaurant & Bar at Opus Montreal, overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Chad later joined Fairmont Pacific Rim as a Manager, where they successfully launched the primary dining facility for the hotel in time for the 2010 Winter Olympics. From 2010 to 2018, Chad worked at Hawksworth Restaurant Group as the Director of Operations. During this time, they also served as the Operations Manager & Host at the Hawskworth Young Chef Scholarship Foundation. After that, Chad worked as the Family Estate Director at ARON Industries from 2019 to 2020. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Operations at L'Abattoir Restaurant before joining The MAINE Group as the Director of Sales and Marketing in 2023. Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing teams, budgets, and marketing initiatives.

Chad Clark obtained a Bachelor of Voice Performance degree from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Music, completing their studies from 1998 to 2002.
