Baffour Osei has a diverse range of work experience in various fields. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at Vanderbilt University Physics REU, where they conducted astrophysics research on exoplanets. Baffour also served as a Co-Project Leader, Rocketry, and Robotics Engineer at Fisk Altitude Achievement Missile Team (FAAMT) from 2014 to 2018.
