Charles Arenas has extensive experience in guest services, currently serving as Guest Experience Manager at The Mall at Millenia since September 2022. Previously, Charles held multiple supervisory roles in various Holiday Inn properties, where responsibilities included ensuring exceptional guest experiences and managing front office operations. Charles began in hospitality as a Bellman and Front Desk Agent, providing assistance to guests and facilitating memorable check-ins. Charles's commitment to customer satisfaction is further highlighted by recognition as Loyalty Champion at one of the Holiday Inn locations. Education includes graduation from Celebration High School.
