Jose Marantes

Jose Marantes is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management, community organizing, and training services. Currently serving as Partner in Training Services at The Management Center, Jose oversees the development of management training courses and coaching for executive teams. As the Co-Founder of Dos Alas Latin Coffee, Jose aims to foster community through coffee culture. Additionally, Jose holds roles as Youth Director at Spirit of Joy Church and Strategic Advisor and CEO at Movement.Partners, where solutions for organizational and leadership challenges are identified. Jose's previous roles include Founder of Fluente, Membership Development Director at the Florida Immigrant Coalition, and Co-Founder and Managing Director at United We Dream, contributing significantly to immigrant rights. Jose's academic credentials include a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida and a BA in Sociology from Wesleyan University.
