Marissa Graciosa is a partner at The Management Center, where Marissa coaches executive leaders of non-profit social justice organizations. With extensive experience in the non-profit sector, Marissa served as a senior advisor at the Building Movement Project and held various leadership roles at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, including Director of Strategic Initiatives and National Director of Organizing. Previous positions include strategic consultant roles for organizations like the Alliance for Citizenship and Makibaka Consulting, as well as Executive Director at the Immigrant Association at the Center for Community Change. Marissa directed the Fair Immigration Reform Movement at the Center for Community Change and organized the Heartland Presidential Forum in 2008. As Director of Politics and Communications at the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights, Marissa led a successful voter registration initiative. Marissa's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Chicago.
