Damian Jenkins

Damian Jenkins serves as the President & Director of Hospitality at The Management Trust since August 2018, leading the California Desert Division Team and managing multiple resort communities while collaborating with HOA Board Members. Prior to this role, Jenkins held the position of Vice President of Operations at Big Rock Pub & Indian Springs Golf Club, overseeing various operational aspects including brand standards and risk management. Jenkins also served in significant positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where responsibilities included managing food and beverage operations across multiple venues, and at Renaissance Esmeralda, overseeing several dining establishments. Jenkins began a career in hospitality management at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver as General Manager of ELWAY'S Downtown. Academic credentials include a BA (HONS) in Leisure Management from Swansea Metropolitan University and a BA in Leisure and Hospitality Management from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
