Vidya Gomes

Vidya Gomes has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as Manager - L&D at The Manipal Group since April 2011, where responsibilities include supporting business strategy through comprehensive learning initiatives and managing the end-to-end L&D process. Prior to this role, Vidya was an Engineer - L&D at Suzlon Wind Energy A/S from January 2008 to April 2011, focusing on developing and implementing learning strategies and evaluating their effectiveness. Educational qualifications include a Diploma Programme from the Indian Society for Training & Development (2014-2016), an MBA in Human Resources Development from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education (2011-2012), and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology (1998-2002).
