Rich Daugherty

Rich Daugherty has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rich started as a Product Line Manager at Federal-Mogul Powertrain in 1988. Rich then worked as a Plant Manager at Stanley Door Systems from 1993 to 1995. From 1995 to 1999, they were an Operations Manager at Rubbermaid Home Products. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at the International Development Corporation - Honeywell. Currently, they hold the position of President at The Marco Company, a role they have been in since August 2021. Prior to becoming President, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Marco Company from 2018 to August 2021.
