Mary Mosham, MSOD, MCC, is a seasoned executive coach, consultant, and author with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. As the CEO of Mary Mosham Consulting, LLC since October 2017, and in roles at Churchill Leadership Group Inc., The Marcus Buckingham Company, and Positive Intelligence, Mary provides coaching and facilitation to enhance executive performance. Previously, a senior manager at Cisco, Mary co-founded the company's coaching practice, led initiatives in change management, and developed strategies to improve organizational effectiveness. With a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University-Long Beach, Mary's expertise spans leadership, team development, and change management across various industries.
