Rebecca Lienhard

Rebecca Lienhard, EdD, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Tierra del Sol Foundation, a position held since joining the organization in 1990. In addition to this role, Lienhard is actively involved in the California Department of Developmental Services as a member of the Developmental Services Task Force System and Fiscal Reform and Community Resources Workgroups and serves on the StandOut Client Advisory Board for The Marcus Buckingham Company. Previous positions include Board Vice President for Socal APSE, Surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and Supported Employment Specialist at PathPoint. Lienhard holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Special Education from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California Lutheran University.
