Kent Foster

Kent Foster has extensive experience in management roles at AquariumNorwalk and The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk, contributing to the development of customer service strategies, staff recruitment, and training. As Assistant Manager at both organizations since December 2005 and July 2009 respectively, Kent is responsible for scheduling, payroll reporting, and effective communication between staff and management. Previous experience as Senior Supervisor Level 1 at The Maritime Aquarium involved overseeing staff development and ensuring efficient operations. Kent holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Networking Operations from Gibbs College and additional education from Norwalk Community College.
