Fiona Moss is the Head of the CX Global Analytics Team at Ipsos, where Fiona provides analytics consultancy and solutions for Customer Experience data. Fiona has worked their way up from Trainee Research Executive to Associate Director, specialising in customer experience management. Additionally, Fiona serves as an Examiner for the Market Research Society's Advanced Certificate program. Prior to their current role, Fiona worked as a PR Assistant at Oxford Brookes University and holds a Master's degree in European Literature from the University of Oxford.
